The Vikings Return to Cromford Mills This Weekend!
Experience what life was like over 1,000 years ago as the Vikings return to Cromford Mills with living history camps, demonstrations, weapons displays, battle skirmishes and family-friendly activities. With over 25 years of experience, the Vikings of Middle England bring history to life through authentic encampments, traditional crafts and thrilling combat displays.
Explore the Viking camp, discover traditional skills and crafts, and watch as warriors clash in exciting battle displays. Visitors can also take part in a range of interactive activities throughout the weekend, including the Kids’ Viking Combat School, a Viking Fashion Show, making your own Viking Oil Lamp, and witnessing the Live Viking Court, where one case is settled by a vicious duel!
