A Behind the Scenes Look at The First Mill (Building 18) at Cromford Mills
Be among the first to explore the historic First Mill following the completion of our interim repair works – including special access to the upper floor of the First Mill, a space never before opened to the public.
What to Expect:
- Refreshments on arrival at the Visitor Centre
- A short presentation outlining the recent repair work funded by Historic England and The Pilgrim Trust
- Guided access through Building 17 (via lift or stairs) to the upper floor of the First Mill
- Time in the mill bringing its history to life
- Enjoy seeing the Arkwright Digital Experience, if you haven’t already
100 spaces available over the two sessions.
