Informal Learning Programmer
The Arkwright Society at Cromford Mills, supported by Heritage Lottery Funding, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Informal Learning Programmer to plan, co-ordinate and implement an exciting informal learning programme working alongside with the Education Officer. You will identify new ways to engage with visitors, schools, higher education, adult and community groups. The role requires the ability to liaise with all departments in the organisation and assist in planning and communicating the events programme.
Highly motivated, you will have at least 3 years’ experience of delivering educational programmes, ideally in a heritage/ charitable environment. You will be confident and outgoing with the ability to communicate at all levels and will have a suitable professional qualification.
The post is part-time 30 hrs a week for a fixed term 2 year contract.
Salary is £15,600 payable p.a. with pro-rata holiday entitlement.
